Carl Thomas – Vocals

Carl Thomas started playing music at the age of 14 focusing on the drums and vocals.  He traveled the Quebec circuit with an R and B group called Something Extra and in 1982 he moved to Toronto and opened for acts such as Edwin Starr, Kool and the Gang and The Supremes just to name a few. Carl was nominated for a Juno Award in 1985.  In 1995 he relocated to Halifax playing drums and singing for various groups and appearing on a number of television shows and winning numerous awards before joining The Sounds of Motown as one of the lead vocalists.
